2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ckb44 and the creation of a player account is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of their account:

Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure. ckb44 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to provide accurate registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ckb44 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. ckb44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings to add an additional layer of protection to your account and your BDT balance.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ckb44 support immediately via live chat. ckb44 will take prompt action to secure your account. We cannot accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to report the breach or where the breach resulted from your own negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your ckb44 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, ckb44 will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) to your nominated payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

ckb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account has been flagged for suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering behaviour.

• The player's account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wagering activity). ckb44 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

8.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about compulsive gambling — may request a self-exclusion via ckb44's live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period chosen by the player (minimum 6 months). ckb44 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will implement account restrictions immediately upon request. 8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ckb44 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the ckb44 platform, you agree to first contact ckb44's support team to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any other avenue. ckb44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of formal notification.
